Step 1: Call to Schedule a Personal Consultation
During this initial meeting, we will engage in preliminary discussions about your project. You will have the opportunity to select the style and finishes of your cabinetry. Following this, we will provide you with a preliminary proposal, the Design Agreement, and request a 10% deposit.
Step 2: Site Measurement, Drawing, and Presentation
Our team will visit the job site to verify on-site measurements and conditions accurately. Afterward, we will proceed with the presentation and any necessary revisions.
Step 3: Final Approval and Order Placement
Upon approval of the final drawings and the signing of the Contract for the Sale of Goods, we will move forward with order submission and delivery.

Because of the custom nature of these products, all sales are final — custom orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once the order is placed with the factory. All product details, specifications, pricing, and terms are documented and confirmed in the purchase agreement signed before ordering.
